This beautiful region of Northern Thailand in the highlands of Chiang Mai produces some of the most amazing coffee in the world. The pristine mountains with their jungle canopy and fertile soil are ideal environments for the arabica coffee tress to grow.

To make great coffee you don’t need expensive espresso equipment, you just need great beans. No excuses, you don’t need to drink ‘DrainO Coffee’ anymore, and say goodbye to instant coffee as well, because life is too short to drink anything but great coffee.
Making Beautiful Coffee
My other passion after sailing is beautiful coffee. I’m very fortunate to be able to get coffee beans – both green and roasted – direct from a farmer in a small village in the highlands of Northern Thailand called Ayae. I’m passionate about ethically sourcing beans direct from the villagers.
